Another pertinent/relevant point-if all the above proposed additional shares
(almost 59m)are issued that would be almost 20% of close to total issued
capital of nearly 300m shares.
Any acquirer/ will need to pay a likely 18 cents-20 cents minimum per share IMO.
(the 15.5 cents I used was merely as an exercise).
That would certainly raise IRC's profile and our SP.
I'm pretty sure JP and the board have lately been fielding many enquiries from other
coys and this may be part of the reason for seeking s/holders approval for this
likely new capital raising and a good way to raise the current SP and ward off
predators.
