    They must feel like complaining some more following their emotion charged selling now that IGR is up 10.53% today.

    Youre getting played again. The instos are letting the price run now so that when they get their allocation they can dump them at a higher price and make a nice profit.
    I can at least thank them for that and will dump mine just before they get their allocation.
