I didn't whinge because I wasn't offered any shares in the 29 cents placement.

I made sure I ended up with a decent allocation by buying on market yesterday.

IGR threads in forums were filled with posters saying that as soon as IGR starts trading they're selling out.

They must feel like complaining some more following their emotion charged selling now that IGR is up 10.53% today.
