Please remember KOG's partner ODN, AVD, if you hold the shares of these two companies, be careful, maybe they will do the same. Their boards just overlap each other.
KOG,ODN,AVD should be one company, buy they make it seperate to earn more salary.
I was very upset when ODN issue the same number of shares already on issue, at 1c. At that time, ODN's SP was 3c on the market, net asset 8c/shares!
ODN lent its 6 million cash to KOG and AVD, but it never claim the money when it's due, in turn, it issued 100 million shares at 1c, when it still had 2 million cash on hand and 100 million shares on issue, SP 3C.
If you lost money in above 3 companies, I suggest we take class action to sue these directors.
