Gees mate you and i have done a complete role reversal on this stock over the last 18 months, I've become less enthusiastic (though still a believer), you've become a moderate supporter from a complete knocker LOL

As for converting facility, no idea but i assume its something along the lines of 'we'll give you $30M US and in 5 years time you issue us with $40M US of shares'...

But im only guessing...

Silly thought, but if they are issuing $125M in shares, then that will MASSIVELY increase their market cap...to the point where managed funds (particularly index funds) will need to buy in??? hmm...
