What on earth is a '...convertible finance facility'? Maccas invented a new one? What does it start of as and what does it convert to?LOL

Good to see. There has been a distinct paucity of new projects getting their finances in place of late.

Obvious heavy dilution but being Euroz the bulk of the money will be bedded down in Europe. And unlike Aussie instos, they don't mind supporting a stock on market.

Also means sweet f a in terms of hedging requirements under the Maccas facility so the latter cannot rob them too much!. Debt payback within twelve months of operations commencing on current prices-nice prudent buffer.

Now who else has supposedly come out with a BFS that has not been financed as yet? AIM? HER has certainly beaten them to the punch, but I note in a recent Maccas commodity report when discussing zinc they assumed both projects are given the green light.

HER has one of the best management teams in the game IMO. Financing this rich but geologically tricky orebody in that locale is no mean feat-well done!
