Look beyond the 2c deal. Already watered down from previous announcement. First it was $620,000 woth for shares at 2c each. Now it is $310,000 worth of shares for 2c each and $190,000 for 1.5c each. Then there's $5m worth for 90% lf VWAP, which in reality, works out to even less as invariably, magically, the shares trade at all-time lows. Add to that 5% fees. Doesn't look like a deal to me.
