Also, did anyone notice the glaring omission in the Notice of General Meeting sent out about the new Chimaera placement. They highlight the .02c placement worth $310k and the .015c placement worth $190k. But the remaining $5 MILLION to be placed at a discount is not specifically mentioned. Speaks volumes about how much trust shareholders should have in the directors.
