My guess:
peak to ~25c after positive Phase 1b Psoriasis results end of this quarter, settling in the high teens
peak to 40/50c on positive Phase 2 acne results, settling in the 20s
peak to 60/70c end of year on positive Phase 2 atopic dermatitis results.
Not allowing for a successful Phase 1b on 1801.
