    $2.60-$2.65 and directors handing them a blocking stake immediately?...thats pitiful.
    Any mention of BOTH independent reports which suggested a price ABOVE $3.00 would be a fair outcome for shareholders
    was CONSPICUOUS BY ITS ABSENCE!
