    Looking great ATM, still a big lag on WALs price though. But i am sure this will change as investors see the value here.

    16m shares x $1.50 = $ 24m dollars
    Plus 5m cash and the potentail of recieving another 7m CLR shares. Also no EV for their coking coal tenement near BHP. At current prices WALs market cap is only 23m approx, so to put it simply this stock is a no brainer.
