Continually these articles never mention GRB, despite our status as the only listed brewery (Outside of BROO), not to mention that all these craft breweries do have the option of going to the share market for the capital they need to expand?
Can only be positive for the industry and as we are already have a large brewery established we are a step ahead of Pirate Life and Feral in terms of infra but perhaps behind in Brand Recognition (Soon to be changed by the new stadium). Gage also don't have a canning facility which seems to be holding up the brand acceptance a little with canning in vogue at the moment, it's mentioned as a key difference of Pirate Life.
Also Otherside Brewery in Fremantle are doing a Kickstarter type of campaign for funding, worth a look for holders as another chance to fund a brewery (with some cool benefits like your own signed brick at the brewpub!)
