Should get Fekola totally infilled and ready for FSs , plus expand the resource a little more .
Imo , PIR should focus on getting the known resource fast tracked through BFS and get a mine build started. Expand the current resource a little , but leave some expansion up the sleave for after cash flow rolls in.
PIR are in a good position here. They should strike while the iron is hot and get a mine built asap.
This will likely force the hand of the majors to make a bid sooner rather than later..
