As far as MIS cos go, Rewards is one of the few that chooses 'future' crops, ie crops likely to boom in value and they get in early. They effectively control a large percentage of the world's Australian sandalwood seed resource being the largest producer by a couple of thousand hectares. I think they harvested in excess of 20 tonnes last year (@ A$40,000/t) off some of their earlier plantations.

I like John Kenny. He is aware of the unfolding ag boom and the niche that exists for investors looking for agricultural land exposure. Could be looking at a large raising very soon (hence the reconstruction) to fuel another round of land purchases. The sooner the better as land prices are really starting to kick off now.
