I tend to agree with your sentiments re agriculuture. Look at wheat price now.

Also, I am interested in the Horticuluture MIS (although water is a concern).
When I looked at the ARK fund, it seemed reasonably low risk , with strong liklyhood of increasing rent from solid tennant (Rewards). The people at Rewards are switched on too (Iwouldn't mind being able to get a slice of that pie, but held privately).
A buy and hold, which is what I am doing.
