anyone can post a picture of a dozer or two but it means little to me in the overall scheme of things - of vastly more importance to me will be the announcement that the funding has been locked in to complete Stage 1 as a minimum.
Then the real work can begin.
until then I don't see the need to spend money we don't have yet.....
