Wait and see what happens. Delisting doesn’t mean all is lost, just means the company goes private although will make it more difficult to sell your shares. Who knows, they may decide to tell the truth and the ASX will be satisfied. The other issue they will face is their cash balance which is quite low and with lots of additional admin expenses this quarter.

There aren’t too many on here who haven’t been ripped off in one way or another by some ASX cowboys. With weak regulators, little is done to directors getting caught doing the wrong thing so it is certainly buyer beware, especially at this end of the market.

Use this as a learning experience to really look into the directors of a company before investing in future and take anything on this site with a grain of salt unless you can verify it independly yourself.
