Well if there was an earn in it for the boys, not to mention their mates at Everblu I have no doubt they would be as keen as mustard.

Looking back, I reckon the ASX have played these clowns off a break. The ongoing back and forth was a deliberate tactic by the ASX to basically give mngment enough rope to hang themselves; which they eventually did. In the end, the ASX has said “well these are your own words, you haven’t been entirely honest and you’ve f%$#ed up - now what are you going to do about it?”

Talk about being caught with your hands in the cookie jar! So from what I can glean, a large percentage of the money (share issue) for the purchase of the Argentine vanadium assets (which caused massive dilution) was eventually filtered back to cronies tied up with Everblu? My eyes watered trying to follow the web - and ASX need a medal for being able to track it all down, but I guess these Cowboys have been on their radar for a while.

The really really sad part is that HDY actually have great assets, but instead of trying to develop them like everyone else, our blokes have allegedly used this company as a vehicle to make a quick earn. A more considered and thought out approach would have invariably had much greater returns for us all.

Where to from here is honestly anyone’s guess. If Mngment are worth anything they will get us out of this mess but I must admit I have my doubts.

If it makes anyone feel any better, I have (had?) $120k invested - I knew the risks but didn’t expect to come unstuck in this way.
