There could still be an announcement come through late. I have seen this before and given they are on Perth Time - they may have in fact have been working on the release for a good part of the day and to which they could not complete.

Normally when you see a request for extension and the ate falls due , there can be a further delay by the ASX in re-setting the company to pre-open pending the book build of orders. So as in today, the announcement could have come at any time during the day in theory. This leads me to believe they are actually close to delivering the announcement or alternatively are in fact having to answer a major breach of ASIC and / or ASX listing rules.

I personally cannot see any technical reason why this would be the case so wouldn't jump the gun. It would also be a first for me to see a company with 1.9 million cash on hand as at June to be even remotely at risk of anything untoward's. If anything , VIC is more at risk as they were already pulled up by the ASX fa couple of months ago for ' foreseeable ' going concern cash requirements etc..etc..

I think we are still good folks and on the cusp of an announcement - perhaps early next week. We can only hope......
