The big order @ 0.004 is still there and seems serious to keep it there but no one is selling with substantial volume @ 0.004 which brings us to the fact that 0.004 is the bottom. We can only go up from here considering the upcoming news about getting mining license and drilling results and almost the EOFY sell off is over for HDY.
