Again you will need to have 51% of the people who vote in person or by proxy to have each separate resolution passed
You cannot move a resolution "The whole board be removed" you must do it on an individual basis one by one
It is time consuming and requires a lot of organisation and leadership
PLUS you need to have competent people to replace them
