I agree Ian Mann is top notch , dinky di and fair dinkum.
It is an absolute tragedy that he is now lost to the company.
And I seriously cannot believe that the new board would not want him involved in the future of the company ( other than spite ) as Peter Delaney and other managers love him.
He will sell as he had too many shares for an individual who now is not a director.
To hold/own 10 percent of a business and to then be kicked off the board means you then lose your ability to make decisions for an shape the direction of the business you own so therefore your reduce your shareholding.
