Those are the simple, straight, facts of the matter.
Everything else is just baseless noise without evidence, unless you count similarly uninformed selling based on ?sentiment or lack of reassuring announcements or comfort words.
The risks are no different now than they were before the management changes, albeit the process of gaining approvals has advanced and the funding reduced by expenses over the period. Investors shouldn't be influenced by negative rumor mongering.
