Spotted a Gwada as I drove onto the beach this afternoon, Black with a coppery sheen as it slithered ( a kissing cousin to the Mulga snake).

On the way back, 150m from my home, I had to do an emergency stop so as to not run this python over.  

$400-$500 just laying on road trying to commit suicide

I escorted it off the blacktop and back into the scrub.
