@harveen - I was not suggesting the advisor short comings are to be held against the company. Unfortunately though, if you don't manage the after market, this is what happens. All the company can do is run its business and get good operational results/news flow, the rest is up to the advisors and primary brokers (who in this case, it appears, did not do their job, they just collected their CR fees and did nothing else).
I was just trying to make the point that the advisors/brokers have in fact messed this up from the start by not securing buyers to soak up some of the inevitable selling that occurs when people in the shell have had enough and want to move out on any liquidity. You know this selling is going to happen with any RTO. Rookie error!
Seen a few other RTO's were completed over the Xmas/NYE period and all have come on at a premium (i.e. managed the issue/after market a lot better).
(I just hope these guys are not on continued corporate advisory agreements sucking cash out of the company - I would be happy to pay if they help with a proper listing process and deliver...not when they are imo incompetent or inexperienced).
