Any lack on the part of the advisors should not be held against the company too much, IMO. It is a foreign (non Australian) company and it's hard looking in from the outside to know too deeply the rep and competence of advisors before engaging with them, especially smaller outfits.
I think the business model is sensible and the execution of the reseller partnerships strategy is exemplary.
