Gee, if The Chinese actually lobbed a real bid for 36 cents, they may have been able to snatch us up on the cheap.

They are up Sh@T creek without a paddle!
They have thrown countless millions of dollars at Fisherman's landing and when it came to securing gas supply (the most crucial final step), they were simply incompetent!
They put the squeeze on Westside when it just wasn't necessary.
Now they have zip.
