The announcement was also poorly written. They put forward timetable issues with PI88, but they also stop working on their product like the melanoma - so you wonder if the delays on PI88 were the real reason.

Also, they were using external agencies - and I would have thought that the main reason to use them was to "guarantee" a certain roll-out timetable. And these agencies should be aware of the various issues they face when dealing with countries like China and Vietnam. You don't need to be a genius to expect more regulatory challenges than in other countries.

Weak management team, poor strategic planning work.
