Wouldn't hold my breath on the OXX takeover going ahead as it is atm. Albers and co won't be able to vote their stock due to their holdings in PKO so very large % of OXX ineligible to vote. Question is, why would I or others as OXX shareholders vote to dilute when the OXX SP is below cash backing. No way no how. Cash offer for PKO maybe but am not agreeing to stock unless OXX price is a minimum 30c.
