Phone conversation with Neil today

I rang the office this morning at 6.12 AM Perth time this morning, and asked for Neil to ring me.
At 6.34 AM Perth time I received a phone call from Neil which finished at 7.20 AM Perth time at my request, for I too have to work.
This is my first opportunity to convey that which was voluntarily offered to me, so make of it what you will.

Firstly, I was of the belief that a JOA was in place between us and bopl.
My mistake, only the two MOU ‘s were signed, there is no JOA in place.

Secondly, OBL did openly negotiate in good faith with a counter party and indeed an “AGREEMENT” was reached with the said party.
Neil conveyed to me that when the contract was presented for signing, and thus ratification, the said counter party, reneged on the agreement.

Thirdly, I asked Neil , if third party advice had been sought as to whether OBLs’ legal case was “sound”, he said yes,I probably should have laboured my point,for I was talking about paid legal advice,in any event you have his response.

Fourthly, I asked him, if he was confident of our case, he answered in the affirmative.

Fifthly, He opined that the cash calls against bopl were now circa $ one Million dollars.

This is my first conversation with anyone at OBL of seniority.
At first blush, I thought him open and rather frank in what he for the most part offered of his own volition.
I took no notes and have paraphrased the actual conversation on my best recollection of the phone conversation.
I must say I do agree with him wholeheartedly on one point, OBL isn’t a charity.
Based on Neil’s portrayal of events, it would seem OBL has done its best to meet a counter party halfway through negotiations, only to be rebuffed at the last minute through no fault of OBL’s.
In lieu of no empirical evidence to counter that which Neil has told me,I'm stickin with Neil’s side of events.

I have resisted using the persons and company names he told me in good faith.
