Fully independent board.
Get rid of the current HQ board as it has proved to be useless.
Appoint only fully qualified personnel to the board not aligned to any party.
I would also like to see receipts accountability for what is going to be spent.
The company to give a reasonable timeline to projects.
As for HQ they dont deserve any shares for the decimation of the SP. HQ should compensate the shareholders for investing into a company that they have single handed brought it to its knees.
HRR wants in then they must pay no ifs or buts. There is too much money already spent so HRR to come in for a free ride. Forget it.
IMO for whats on the books for GCR this should be closer to the 2 cents mark.
I have made my decision and I will not move from it. So HRR does not want to come to the party fine I will sell out because I cannot see HQ doing the right thing by its shareholders. OR maybe they can surprise us.
I will wait till the meeting.
