    I am a Heron Shareholder, but I do feel compelled to point out that HQ are allowed to vote on both Resolutions. So if you vote against or abstain from resolution one, then you are probably handing HQ the resolution 2 on a platter.
    and then consequently an even greater majority to HQ as a result of resolution2.
    So, by abstaining or voting against resolution one, there will not much chance of any other better offer from anyone. Anyway thats my opinion
