I made a call to the company and spoke with the Chief Geologist. I was very impressed, not only with the willingness to speak with me but the enthusiasm and excitement shown for increasing a high grade resource with Barrow Creek and Karinga Creek.
It seems we have a lot to look forward to. Hopefully some further big JORC resources with high quality grade.

With Regards to the Karinga Creek Potash project we can expect an announcement very soon in regards to a JORC resource. I’m particularly looking forward to this as are the company, as previous work (See announcement 16/11/11) was extremely positive.

I get the feeling the upcoming announcement will add significant value to RUM and will attract a lot of attention from the majors and investors.

The upcoming drilling of Barrow Creek Phosphate will have a major focus on increasing reserves of the higher grade ie 27% grade and 20% grade as well as closing off the inferred resource and increasing the indicated resource.

From the results to date the company has been able to work out where the higher grade mineralisation occurs and at what depths.

The upcoming drilling will focus on high grade at shallow depths. This will include extending the current drill grid. The NW trend of high grade mineralisation (see announcement 15/11/11) will also be drilled.
50m spacing will be used so as to increase the indicated high grade resource.
The drilling of high grade at shallow depths is a big plus from a cost and production point of view.

Things are starting to get very serious from an investor point of view, high indicated grade is what we are after and its one step closer to production.

We already know RUM as a huge resource and shortly I would expect to see the results we have to date significantly upgraded with a greater higher grade indicated resource. I’ve been enjoying the ride so far and I reckon things are only going to get a hell of a lot better.
