Thanks for your effort @gerant918

Similarly with AZK and Brainchip acquisition, there were heaps of delay with it being a company in the states.

My only concern was the lack of information that I expected to come along with the announcement of Due Diligence.

Also, Buddy CEO Dave, a solid Twitter user, had yet to mention anything regarding the acquisition even after due diligence which is rare on his case. I think there might've discussion between management and Dave to keep it tight, also with some other investors asking Dave himself on Twitter directly might add to it.
