If chm had a serious case I am positive mmx management would have settled i well before it got to the court steps, they would not chance losing conisdering the might of their shareholders. I am sure that posco and mitsu etc etc would also have had their legal teams scan all the evidence and do they seem worried - no, so dont get ready to spend it yet BB you are so far from the winning post its not funny.
