From the half yearly "The funding under the loan will be made available from DBP, Landbank and Asia United Bank (AUB). Subject to satisfaction of CPs, which we have been actively working to achieve,we now expect drawdown from the loan in March 2016."
This is the second time the company missed their own imposed target. It is now Mid April and no news on drawdown and this is why the SP is again in the gutter
