Same one Moosey. PNOC and the DOE have no idea. First it was a $2b project and now it's back to $600m project.
The unfortunate problem here is that PNOC and the DOE want to have their fingers in the LNG pie, and have done a pretty good job in delaying EWC's project to-date. (Along with others)
I've been following the Batangas proposed LNG Hub/Power plant tender through the Philippines media, and on a few occasions they make mention of EWC's project. And that is only to say they have submitted a proposal.
But, as I've said above they (PNOC/DOE) are not happy with EWC coming into their country with a very good idea regarding the installation of LNG/Power Plants to assist the Philippines people in getting a better power price.
With the senate and others continuing to support EWC's project, it amazes me that President Duterte is still sitting on his hands and allowing this to happen.
