It looks like the hedge fund that shorted capital out of their 135 million holding is dumping and other shorters are taking advantage of this.

It will only get worse as no news is the norm with these guys...

I was recently thrown off this forum for naming names but it has since been reported in the Filipno press as fact in that powerful cartels are blocking connection to the grid by their strangle hold on the so very corrupt ERC..

They now act in plain sight with impunity and the only power that can make it happen is the exectutive arm of government, not the senate.

While Duterte is around most likley nothing will happen even though there is some political forces against him on this issue.

The Elliots have treated the smaller share holder with contemp by not disclosing what is common knowelege in the Philipines ..

I hope those attending the annual general meeting will hold these guys accountable by not accepting the gobbledegook they normally spray to calm the dumb masses ...They have driven up a dead end but havent admitted it yet.
