A 2300kVa line can comfortably take all of the power from the site and a hell of a lot more. Key delay is easements as this is plan B. This solution will meet all the needs for the power plant.
There are currently 2*200MW turbines OCGTs on site that are ready to be commissioned once they have a fuel source and can dispatch power to the grid. This is not a solution to commission one OCGT and leave the other one and the CCGT solution dependent on further infrastructure from the government, even for EWC that would be ridiculous.
