not sure why 6 month wait as this application was docketed 6/2/17 so maybe can be heard sooner, also if you read items 22 to 25 of the application EWC already has the agreement with NGCP ( the current operators of the transmission line ) to effect the 500mt connection from their power plant for the first and second 200mw , hence no real need for company to update on alleged delays , as Trumpie says they may be fake news.

The application is for EWC to own /operate the 12 km connection to NEW ( as yet unbuilt ) substation and it is only the addition of the last 200mw that necessitates this application as I read it, it seems all EWC permits were/are in place as they were listed on application so not sure of significance of delay but it seems the market knew about it around mid week when sentiment reversed.

Happy to be corrected by more knowledgeable posters.
