They have told lots of lies about their completion dates.

Im not sure why they needed to do this, but the SP is a reflection of the lies told.

Anyway, ignoring what they say, the photos show lots of progress and the gas storage tanks are now completed.

The gas storage tanks took about 3 years to build, which is not unusual for tanks of this size.

A gas fired station takes a minimum of 2 years to build, so given that they started the Pagbilao power station in mid 2014, they might complete it by mid 2016!!

Anyway, despite all of the disappointments, I think EWC has real potential, that will start to be realised in the next year or two.
