Today is the first day of the Duterte administration.
A lot is riding on the fact that power outages are a major concern of
the locals.
Hopefully a few more concerts and the interconnection issues will disappear......haha.

Really I hope the plant is up and running before December.
It appears that it is up to the local provider to allow connection to the grid or at least not hamper the connection.

It is like watching paint dry watching the SP.
Hopefully it is all worth it in the end.
