Am assuming the longer this plays out the more likely a successful outcome. If it was a duster, they'd know pretty quickly, there'd be no more follow up and an announcement would be pretty simple to get out quickly. If there was something it would take time 1 to analyse it but 2 to agree with the consortium as to what to be done next and 3. how and what to announce. In my very strong opinion, no news is brilliant news.
