1) Trading Halt on Friday
2) Positive Phase II results
3) Long term partnering Agreement (no diluitive)
4) Cash funding to activate VLU Phase III ASAP, DFU Phase II, Ocular Phase I
5) Plan to reduce shares on the market as company too liquid in shares issued and stimulate an upward share price strategy
6) Option exercise by the Board, Management and Employees
7) Disclose a listing strategy in the USA
