NHC WHICH ALREADY OWNED 19.9% of PGS could easily takeover with an offer of 10 cent+ each. NHC has around $1.5B cash at the moment. They paid around $10M for the stake. For NHC to T/O PGS is not even pea nut for them and tha's what might happen once the oil and gas are discovered. I would not be surprised if NHC is looking into it NOW!
