Your correct. It does indeed simplifiy the jv by taking out pgs. Are they already talking? for either company but especially origin, pgs are ashtray change. market cap of about 9 million. It would be good to get a couple of oil strikes and a gas discovery or 2 to get pgs moving north, then take over, hopefully by someone else and a bidding war begins. Aaahhhhh memories of qgc, aoe and pes are coming flooding back.

But even if they werent taken out and they do make some discoveries, sp should move north with well sucess.
