Did anyone else think their plan sounded like it was very heavy on the $$$ requirement? I wonder where they are planning to get it. It won't be the ASX that's for sure.
He made a very good point regarding extreme locations versus corrupt jurisdictions. At least with the climate you can more or less plan and account for it. Unlike some of the basket case countries around the World where you have literally no idea where you stand from one day to the next.
