I think we are on the same page as to how to do an NPV.

In my first post my comment that I "got a present value of just over $2B" was the present value of the future income, without deducting the cost of CAPEX. In hindsight, I can see how that could have been worded better.

I think my other posts had a couple of thumbs up that got taken away. I'm curious as to why. I don't take offence to others having a different opinion to me - the range of opinions is one thing I like about Hot Copper. I'm just curious to know what that opinion is or reason why and I'll take that into account in future posts.
