I noted, with considerable interest, the new NANA Worley Parsons subsidiary that is offering a newly developed lease solution for arctic based oil and gas production for sites that were not connected to a pipeline. Surely something like this provides a material new option for any (say) minnow explorer who hits discovers oil and is seeking a rapid means to commercializing that value. And as we all know having additional material options always improves your negotiating position when dealing with a neighboring major.
