I really don’t like the outsourcing aspect of the development team (Bangalore).

Offshoring a development team is a challenges for high performing teams, especially in an early stage SaaS company. It is a real headache for product managers and designers when the developers are in a different time zone and with a different approach to work (it is inevitable when outsourcing). Most of the time, it add delays and impacts long term of expansion, corners are cut because they do everything they can to please the business at the expense of quality. I have seen it way too many times.

The best tech company keep their squads together where they can see each other, it is the best way to encourage collaboration. It is critical in modern software development.

I need to know which teams are offshored, 25 heads is minimum two delivery streams. I really need to go to the next AGM and talk to AdP.
